These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of eclipserecordsmn.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. General
This site is operated by Eclipse Records, located at 419 Wabasha St. N, St. Paul, MN 55102. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the site. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order on this site.
2. Orders & Cancellations
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting eclipserecords651@gmail.com. After 24 hours, cancellations are not guaranteed.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United States only via USPS priority shipping at a flat rate of $15 per order. Gift-card-only orders ship at no charge. Orders are fulfilled within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Once an order has been transferred to USPS, Eclipse Records is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage in transit. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. In the event that an incorrect item is received, customers must contact eclipserecords651@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Eclipse Records will, at its sole discretion, issue a replacement or store credit for verified errors made by Eclipse Records.
6. Product Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, product colors — including mystery color items — may appear differently on screen than in person. Sizing information is provided as a guide only; fit may vary by brand and style. Eclipse Records is not responsible for variations between product photos or descriptions and the items received, provided the correct item was shipped.
7. Gift Cards
Physical gift cards are mailed via USPS. Gift cards have no expiration date and are not subject to fees. The minimum purchase amount is $20. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not replaceable if lost or stolen. Eclipse Records is not responsible for unauthorized use of lost or stolen gift cards.
8. Taxes
Apparel is exempt from sales tax in the state of Minnesota. Gift cards are not taxed at the time of purchase. Customers outside Minnesota are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in their jurisdiction.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including logos, graphics, product images, and text — is the property of Eclipse Records and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eclipse Records shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
11. Force Majeure
Eclipse Records shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, or other acts of God.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
